I read a long newspaper article this morning about the links between Vladimir Putin and Roman Abramovich. There's a lot that I'm ignorant of on this topic so I'm keen to learn. The drawings do not attempt to make any political point at all. Rather, I always find that I can learn a lot from drawing something as from reading about it. So, in terms of my aspiration to learn more about the oligarchs, drawing Abramovich feels like it really added something to the content of the article.
